Stop
Short and crisp Thursday (I know it’s technically Friday in most places, I’m behind, ok?), this time with a lateral stretch question:
What makes you immediately look back?
One potential answer, as usual, at the end.

Stopping in your tracks
In tone with today’s lateral thinking exercise, let’s talk a moment about stopping.
The consensus is that you should keep moving forward, but stopping is just as important as moving forward.
Stop to smell the roses.
Stop to see if you’re on the right track.
Stop to see if things are the way it should be.
Pushing forward blindly might be considered a strength, but I’d wager it’s not. It’s just as important to know when to stop, take a look around and (if needed) readjust, than it is to persevere.
Make sure you’re not just pushing for the sake of pushing. There’s no statue for effort. There’s barely one of results.
Potential answer: a photograph.
